CoCreate Idea ("CoCreate", "we", "us") is operated by CoCreate Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using cocreateidea.com you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us — when you submit the application or contact form, or chat with our assistant, we collect details such as your name, email, and the project information you share.
Usage analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not use cookies or collect personal data, and does not track you across sites.
Preferences — your selected theme is stored locally in your browser (localStorage); it never leaves your device.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
To design, build, and deliver your product (MVP) and send you progress updates.
To improve our website and understand which content is useful (via aggregate analytics).

How your information is stored & shared

Form submissions and chat transcripts are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Transactional emails are sent via AWS Simple Email Service (SES) and Microsoft 365. Chat replies may be generated using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver our services, and where required by law.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless. We use browser localStorage only to remember your theme preference.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To do so, email hello@cocreateidea.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
